The room was practical and recently refurbished with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast with milk, croissants, cereals, yogurt, and jam. - the location is fantastic, just a few steps away from the Christmas market and the House of Heads.

Our room came equipped with a lovely bathtub, and the hotel's proximity to the Christmas market, transportation links to the central station, and the charming Colmar Centre Ville district made for a delightful stay.

My wife and myself are both in our late-60s and stayed in Colmar en route to a family occasion in Switzerland. We wanted somewhere friendly and comfortable to enable us to see something of Colmar, and that the Mercure Colmar Centre Unterlinden provided to our satisfaction. We did not take breakfast as we had to leave a little early to catch the train to Basel.

The location was great. It was just a short walk from the city center. The staff was helpful and the underground parking was convenient.
The air conditioning didn't work and that was one of the reasons I booked this hotel since we stayed in August. The price of the room was a bit high for the room we had and breakfast wasn't included.

Great location, just a short walk to the old town. Reasonably priced. Clean rooms and nice breakfast.
The bed was too firm for my liking. Staff could be more professional.

Confortable hotel with good pillows for once! Good location but not a pretty romantic hotel, more a convenient one.
Services are expensive (breakfast, parking, ...)

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was really impressed! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants. The staff at this place were also amazing, so friendly and welcoming. They made sure I had everything I needed during my stay.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Clean, convinientlyl located. If you are sencitive to noise, ask for a room facing backward. We stayed in one of them and it was quiet despite a busy street at the front door. You find in the room an electric cattle, cups, tea and coffee, including decaf,. A comfortable bed . Monoprix supermarket with a choice of french cheese, vine and bread is in 2 minutes walk.and so is a charming old city.

The hotel was well located a short walk from la Petite Venise and close to Monoprix. The staff were helpful. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We appreciated the kettle, tea and coffee in the room - a rarity for a French hotel. On arrival we walked from the railway station (about 15 minutes), but when we left we took the bus from the nearby stop. We also used another nearby bus stop to take the bus to Riquewihr. We were very happy with our choice.

The hotel is very central, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and all the main sights.
The hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel, which it clearly is not, i would say at most a medium 3 star. The hotel is very basic, although the price of 16 euros for breakfast makes me think they would like it to be a 4 star! We were there in November, outside the temperature was about 8 degrees at night but in the room it was about 25 degrees and although there is a heating control box in the room, this does not work as we tried to lower the temperature but nothing happened. When we complained to reception that the room is too hot, they said there was nothing they could do because it is a central system! This is ridiculous, if they can switch on the heating, surely they can lower the temperature. There were only thick duvets in the room, so sleeping at night was almost impossible, leaving the window open was not possible as the street outside was quite noisy.
